Fred went above and beyond for us every step of the way. The market is tough right now, and our house search took quite a while, but Fred guided us with ease and confidence throughout the process. He traveled to many houses as far as an hour away from his office and thoroughly scoured each house we visited, pointing out things we hadn’t yet considered. He regularly spent weekend and evening time communicating with us (even during his vacation). After we finally had an offer accepted, Fred responded almost immediately to all of our questions and was instrumental in moving our home purchase forward. As first time homeowners, we were a bit apprehensive about the process. But Fred made us feel comfortable and confident the whole time. He has a no-pressure style and is highly organized and attentive, all of which make him very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Fred to anyone looking to purchase a home.
